在二元合金电镀中,为了获得技术指标所要求的镀层成份,确定溶液组成与镀层中各金属组成的关系,是最基础最重要的工作之一。一般需要对镀层成份进行一系列的对应分析,以确定镀层成份的合格范围,并以所能获得该成份对应的溶液组成作为实际配槽的主要依据。本研究在Pb-Sn合金镀层成份分析中,成功地应用了镀层称重法,与常用的化学溶样分析法比较,具有操作简单,准确度高,数据重现性好的特点。该方法目前已投入中试生产中应用。
In binary alloy plating, in order to obtain the required technical parameters of the coating composition, determine the composition of the solution and the composition of the metal layer is one of the most basic and most important work. It is generally required to conduct a series of corresponding analyzes of the coating composition to determine the acceptable range of the coating composition and to obtain the solution composition of the composition as the main basis for actual trough arrangement. In this study, the coating weighing method was successfully applied to the composition analysis of Pb-Sn alloy coating. Compared with the common chemical sample analysis method, it has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy and good data reproducibility. The method has been put into pilot production applications.
