上皮细胞间质转化(EMT)是上皮细胞在特定条件下向间充质细胞转分化的过程,该过程受到多种信号分子的调节和控制。最新研究表明,GATA样转录因子Trps1能靶向调节EMT相关基因,如FOXA1、ZEB2、Pax2、Wt1、Arkadia等的表达,在维持上皮细胞表型和抑制EMT中发挥关键作用。同时,Trps1的表达也受到mi RNA的调控。对Trps1调控EMT作用机制的深入研究,将为相关疾病治疗提供新的分子靶点和新的治疗策略。现就Trsp1与EMT相互关系的研究进展作一综述。
Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a process in which epithelial cells transdifferentiate into mesenchymal cells under certain conditions, which are regulated and controlled by various signaling molecules. Recent studies show that GATA-like transcription factor Trps1 can regulate the expression of EMT related genes such as FOXA1, ZEB2, Pax2, Wt1, Arkadia and so on. It plays a key role in maintaining epithelial phenotype and inhibiting EMT. Meanwhile, the expression of Trps1 is also regulated by mi RNAs. The in-depth study of the mechanism by which Trps1 regulates EMT will provide new molecular targets and new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of related diseases. The research progress on the relationship between Trsp1 and EMT is reviewed.
