本文对内蒙古地区南瓜属3个主要栽培种的6个品种的种子粗脂肪含量,脂肪在开花授粉后的增长规律,脂肪酸的组成进行了系统研究。结果表明;印度南瓜的种子粗脂肪含量高于其它2个种,达到54.93%。3个栽培种的脂肪增长规律基本一致,授粉后28~35d是增长最快期,14~28d和35~49d是增长缓慢期。美洲南瓜与印度南瓜种子不饱和脂肪酸含量高于中国南瓜,分别达到58.89%和52.42%,而且它们的商品性状好,可以认为印度南瓜与美洲南瓜是我区优质的籽用南瓜品种资源,这为内蒙古籽用南瓜的种质资源开发利用提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the crude fat content of 6 varieties of three major cultivars of Cucurbitaceae in Inner Mongolia, the law of growth of fat after flowering and pollination, and the composition of fatty acids were systematically studied. The results showed that the crude fat content of Indian pumpkin seed was higher than the other two species, reaching 54.93%. The growth pattern of fat in the three cultivars was basically the same, the fastest growing period was 28-35 days after pollination, and the slow growing period was in 14-28 days and 35-49 days. The content of unsaturated fatty acids in American pumpkin and Indian pumpkin seeds is 58.89% and 52.42% higher than that in Chinese pumpkin, and their commercial characters are good. It is believed that Indian pumpkin and American pumpkin are the best pumpkin varieties in our region Resources, which provide a theoretical basis for the exploitation and utilization of pumpkin germplasm resources in Inner Mongolia.
