通过分层教学模式的应用实践,结合我校学生的实际,探索体育课堂有效教学的实现途径与方法。通过近一年的体育课分层教学模式的实践工作,对体育课分层教学模式的分层方法、分层组织、分层练习以及分层评价做了积极地探索与研究,取得了一些成果。研究表明,分层教学有助于学生提高体能,对于激发学生学习的主动性、班级凝聚力、对参与体育活动的态度、转化体困生以及良好心理品质的养成都有积极地帮助。
Through the application and practice of the hierarchical teaching mode, combined with the students of our school to explore ways and means of effective teaching of physical education classroom. Through nearly one year of practice teaching in layered teaching mode, we have actively explored and studied the stratification method, hierarchical organization, stratified practice and stratified evaluation of stratified teaching mode of PE class and achieved some results . Research shows that stratified teaching helps students to improve physical fitness, which is helpful to arouse students’ initiative, class cohesion, attitude towards participation in physical activity, transformant sleepiness and good psychological quality.
