掺加粉煤灰与普通硅酸盐水泥一起作为混凝土中的胶凝成分;在今天,许多国家已是普通的事情。在许多情况下仅是细粉煤灰作为优质火山灰应用,而粗灰<占量一半以上>则全部扔掉。本研究是探讨应用大最燃烧烟煤中的粗灰应用于预制混凝土的可能性,研究结果表明,在蒸气养护情况下,对混凝土一天以后强度有明显的好处,因此可节约水泥,给混凝土生产带来经济效益。粉煤灰是燃烧粉煤的废料,利用作为废料的粉煤灰司以带来明显的经济的、技术的、生态的和节约能源的效益。因为粉煤灰具有火山灰的性质,故而能代替部分水泥配制混凝土,然而由于火山灰材料代替普通硅酸盐水泥,强度发展慢,28天强度低,所以一般讲要有限制。在静电除尘过程中将粒径分离,关于粗粒径部分先离出来,而非常细的粉煤灰在最后.因此火山灰质是随粉煤灰的细度而定,关于约占总量2/3的第一部分火山灰质较差的粗灰则扔掉。目标:本研究是探讨应用普遍认为在大气压力蒸气养护条件下不能用于结构混凝土的粗粒径粉煤灰的可能性。
Blending fly ash with ordinary portland cement as a gelling component in concrete; today, many countries are commonplace.
