目的了解甘肃省兰州市企业噪声作业工人的听力损害情况。方法按照GBZ 188-2007《职业健康监护技术规范》等相关规范对兰州市噪声危害企业的785名噪声危害作业工人进行纯音气导听阈测试,根据GBZ 49-2007《职业性噪声聋诊断标准》进行高频、语频听力损伤判定。结果 785人中,高频、语频听力损害检出率分别为68.0%、28.0%,高频听损检出率明显高于语频,差异有统计学意义(χ2=251.592,P<0.05);男、女工人高频听力损害检出率分别为78.4%、52.7%,语频听力损害检出率分别为33.1%、20.5%,男性高频、语频听损检出率均明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=57.556,P<0.05);10 a及以下、11~20 a、20 a以上接触噪音工龄工人高频听力损害检出率分别为48.2%、64.2%、80.2%,语频听力损害检出率分别为11.5%、24.7%、38.3%,高频、语频听力损害检出率均随工龄增长而显著增高(χ2高频=68.435,P<0.05;χ2语频=51.601,P<0.05)。结论兰州市噪声危害企业作业工人听力损失较严重,男性和(或)工龄长者听力损失更严重。 Objective To understand the hearing impairment of noise-exposed workers in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. Conclusion Hearing loss of workers in noise-harmed enterprises in Lanzhou City is more serious, and hearing loss of male and / or seniority workers is more serious.
