目的 :研究新引进的 5种虫媒病毒 :马雅罗病毒 (MAY)、西门利克病毒 (SFV)、墨累谷脑炎病毒 (MVE)、伊利乌斯病毒 (ILH)和布尼安姆韦拉病毒 (BUN)的血凝及血凝交叉抑制活性 ,了解这 5种虫媒病毒的血清学关系。方法 :对 5种虫媒病毒进行血凝试验 ;制备 5种病毒的抗血清 ,采用MAY ,SFV ,MVE ,ILH ,BUN ,基孔肯雅病毒 (CHIK) ,西尼罗病毒 (WN) ,流行性乙型脑炎病毒 (JBE)抗血清与 5种虫媒病毒进行血凝交叉抑制试验。结果 :5种病毒在合适的条件下具有使鹅红细胞凝集的能力 ,MAY ,SFV ,MVE ,ILH ,BUN的血凝最适pH分别为 6.4 ,6.4 ,7.0 ,6.6,6.4 ;在披膜病毒科和黄病毒科中同一科内的病毒具有明显的血凝交叉抑制反应。结论 :MAY ,SFV与CHIK血清学关系密切 ;MVE ,ILH和JBE ,WN的血清学关系密切 ;BUN与试验的披膜病毒和黄病毒科病毒血清学关系较远。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of five newly introduced arboviruses: Mayarrow virus (MAY), Similis virus (SFV), MVE, ILH and Bienamwera Virus (BUN) hemagglutination and blood clotting cross-inhibitory activity, understand the five kinds of arboviruses serological relationship. Methods: Five kinds of arboviruses were tested for hemagglutination. Five kinds of antisera were prepared by using MAY, SFV, MVE, ILH, BUN, Chikungunya virus (CHIK), West Nile virus Sexual JE virus (JBE) antisera and 5 arboviruses were tested for their hemagglutination inhibition. Results: The five kinds of viruses had the ability to agglutinate goose under appropriate conditions. The optimal coagulation pH of MAY, SFV, MVE, ILH and BUN were 6.4, 6.4, 7.0, 6.6 and 6.4 respectively. Viruses in the same family of the Flaviviridae have significant hemagglutination inhibition. Conclusions: MAY, SFV and CHIK serology are closely related; MVE, ILH and JBE, WN serological close; BUN and the test tortoise virus and Flaviviridae serology far relationship.
