一、增强三个意识1、中心意识。宣传工作作为党的全部工作中的组成部分,必须坚持以经济建设为中心。既不能游离于这个中心之外,也不能搞什么“自我中心”、两个中心或多中心。宣传工作也只有在为经济建设和改革开放服务的过程中,发挥自身特有的功能和优势,才能真正实现自己存在和发展的价值。2、全局意识。宣传部门要从党的全局工作出发,以经济建设为座标,根据实际需要,找到自己合适的位置,真正进入角色。不能囿于业务工作的狭小天地,搞自我封闭,自我约束,自我设计,自我循环。办事情、想问题都要从全局出发,了解全局,服务全局。
