目的 探讨人类卵巢卵泡刺激素 (folliclestimulatinghormone,FSH) β基因表达。 方法 通过RT -PCR技术 ,分离、扩增人类卵巢组织FSHβ基因cDNA ,并进一步克隆、测序。 结果 测序结果与垂体组织克隆FSHβcDNA序列相一致。结论 人类卵巢组织自身转录FSHβ,提示有必要深入开展垂体 -性腺轴的基因表达谱研究。
Objective To investigate the β gene expression of human ovarian follicle stimulating hormone (follicle stimulating hormone, FSH). Methods The cDNA of FSHβ gene in human ovarian tissue was isolated and amplified by RT-PCR and further cloned and sequenced. Results Sequencing results were consistent with the pituitary tissue clone FSHβ cDNA sequence. Conclusion Human ovarian tissue itself transcribes FSHβ, suggesting that it is necessary to carry out the gene expression profiling of the pituitary-gonadal axis.
