交感性眼炎是眼球穿孔伤后最严重的并发症,如诊断治疗不及时,会给健眼造成极大的危害,甚至失明。眼球穿孔伤又为较常见的眼外伤。对此应引起重视。发病情况所谓交感性眼炎,就是一眼受穿孔伤或行内眼手术之后,发生葡萄膜炎,在间隔一定时间之后,另一未受伤或非手术眼也发生葡萄膜炎的一种特殊并发症。一般称原受伤眼或手术眼为激发眼,后发病眼为交感眼。据国内外多数人的统计,眼球穿孔伤后本病的发病率约为0.8～2.4%。此病绝大多数发生于眼球穿孔伤或内眼手术之后,但也偶尔
