近年来,超低温监视设备在浮空平台如机载、艇载等产品平台上得到了愈来愈广泛的应用。随着设备工作环境高度的增加,随之出现温度降低气压减小等现象,寻找可靠有效、性价比较高的抗低温低气压的措施的问题随之而来。文章先介绍了传统的电加热膜抗超低温技术,随后介绍了一种利用PTC热敏电阻的温度敏感特性抗超低温的新方法。试验结果显示,PTC热敏电阻加热方法可有效抗超低温,且自适应能力强、性价比较高。本方法对于利用PTC热敏电阻实现浮空平台抗超低温具有实际应用意义。
In recent years, ultra-low temperature monitoring equipment in the floating platform such as airborne, shipboard and other product platforms have been more and more widely used. With the increase of the working environment of the equipment, the accompanying phenomenon of the decrease of the temperature and the decrease of the atmospheric pressure appears, and the problem of finding a reliable, effective and cost-effective anti-low-temperature and low-pressure measure is followed. The article first introduced the traditional electric heating film anti-cryogenic technology, then introduced a PTC thermistor temperature-sensitive properties against ultra-low temperature of the new method. The test results show that the PTC thermistor heating method is effective against ultra-low temperature, and adaptive ability, cost-effective. The method has practical application significance for realizing ultra-low temperature resistance of a floating platform by using a PTC thermistor.
