2011、2012连续两年初春,武警云南省总队红河支队借用云南省红河警校作为训练基地,分别进行了为期三个月的新警训练。作为从事警察教育训练的教官,笔者在一次次地被武警官兵严谨有序、实用有效的训练打动的同时,也在思考:我们的初任公安民警训练对此有没有可以借鉴的地方呢?有感于此,填词记之。
2011,2012 For two consecutive years in early spring, the Honghe detachment of the Yunnan Provincial Corps, using the Red River Police School in Yunnan Province as a training base, conducted three-month training on new police officers respectively. As an instructor engaged in police education and training, the author was again and again impressed by the rigorous and orderly, practical and effective training of officers and men of the Armed Police. At the same time, he was also thinking about where our first-time police training in the public security could learn from it. Here, fill in the words recorded.
