石油勘探气测录井,是通过对石油钻井液——泥浆中所含的微量气体的测定,来判断地层内含油、气、水的情况,是一种直接找油找气的方法,在国内外已得到广泛的应用。 以往,气测录井常用的检测手段有催化燃烧检测法、氢火焰离子化检测法、热导检测法等。由于它们在灵敏度、仪器结构、操作使用等方面各存在一些缺点,因此,在不同程度上影响了现场录井的使用。近二年来,我们采用气敏半导体元件作为检测器,与有关单位协作,经过几个阶段的试验,制成了DS-1型气敏气测仪,在气测录井中收到了较为满意的效果。气敏半导体检测器具有结构简单、使用方便,灵敏度高的特点,很适合于野外现场使用,是一种性能良好的检测器。 本文将对气敏半导体检测器的检测原理、DS-1型气敏气测仪的结构、功能及其在现场气测录井中的应用作一简单介绍。

In this paper, the detection principle of the gas-sensitive semiconductor detector, the structure and function of the DS-1 gas-sensitive gas detector and its application in the field gas logging are briefly introduced.
