建立了高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定二巯基丁二酸钠及其有关物质的含量。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以50mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 2.5)-乙腈(89:11)为流动相,优化波形的积分脉冲安培法检测。二巯基丁二酸钠在2～10μg/m1范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为50pg。
A high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection method was established for the determination of sodium dimercaptosuccinate and its related substances. The C_ (18) column was used and the mobile phase was 50 mmol / L phosphate buffer (pH 2.5) - acetonitrile (89:11). Sodium dimercaptosuccinate had a good linearity in the range of 2 ~ 10μg / ml with the detection limit of 50pg.
