1988年我厂加氢装置需要二台热水泵作为伴热设施用,流量40m~3/h,扬程60m,温度60~70℃。车间利用了现有的二台80Y-100离心油泵。投运二年来,电机超负荷运行,只得靠调整出口阀门控制,但电机电流达92A,超过额定值(78A),经常出现过载跳闸。经过查找原因,是此泵原用于输送汽油,现改为输送热水,比重增大了,泵量也较大。于是将叶轮按80Y-100A 切割,外径由290mm 减小到268mm,实测全开出口阀门的流量45m~3/h,扬程90m,电流41A,
