目的观察非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)基因突变与切割修复交叉互补基因1(ERCC1)表达的关系。方法收集103例NSCLC组织腊块,用实时荧光定量PCR检测ERCC1 mRNA,用直接测序法检测EGFR基因。结果 103例中EGFR突变27例,未突变76例。27例EGFR突变型中,ERCC1基因高表达10例,低表达17例;76例EGFR野生型中,ERCC1基因高表达42例,低表达34例。Mann-Whitney u检验结果显示P>0.05。结论 NSCLC组织中EGFR基因突变状态与ERCC1的表达水平无相关性。
Objective To observe the relationship between epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene mutation and the expression of cleave repair cross-complementation gene 1 (ERCC1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 103 cases of NSCLC tissue were collected and used to detect ERCC1 mRNA by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. EGFR gene was detected by direct sequencing. Results Of 103 cases, 27 were EGFR mutations and 76 were not mutated. In 27 cases of EGFR mutations, ERCC1 gene was highly expressed in 10 cases and low in 17 cases. Among 76 cases of EGFR wild type, ERCC1 gene was highly expressed in 42 cases and low in 34 cases. The Mann-Whitney u test showed P>0.05. Conclusion There is no correlation between EGFR gene mutation status and ERCC1 expression in NSCLC tissues.
