在房屋建筑的砖砌体及钢筋混凝土房屋结构中,裂缝是具有普遍性的现象。工程实践表明,房屋中的许多裂缝并非由于外荷载所引起,有的在尚未投入使用、受荷载前就出现,这类裂缝是由于变形作用所引起,如温度变形、收缩或膨胀变形、地基差异沉降或膨胀等因素引起的裂缝。了解混凝土结构裂缝的类型、特征和形成机理,对控制和减少混凝土结构裂缝的产生,建立切实可行的裂缝控制方法和途径具有重要意义。
Cracks are a common phenomenon in the brickwork and reinforced concrete structures of houses and buildings.
