采用X射线荧光光谱法建立了化妆品中铅、砷、汞、锑、铬、镉、锡、镍、铜、钛、铋、锌、铁、金、钒15种重金属的快速检测方法,研究了乳液、霜及粉底对待测元素基体的影响,研究了元素间的干扰,考察了测量模式、测试时间和样品厚度对测量结果的影响。根据化妆品中每种元素的校正曲线,修改仪器内置的校正曲线系数,建立了化妆品模式,方法线性范围4~2000 mg/kg,回收率在82.6%~106.9%之间,检出限在2~12 mg/kg之间。用该方法对市售106个样品进行了检测,并与电杆耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)结果进行了比较。方法无需标准样品,无需前处理,快速得出检测结果(3 min),线性范围宽,可用于现场检测。
A rapid detection method for 15 kinds of heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, mercury, antimony, chromium, cadmium, tin, nickel, copper, titanium, bismuth, zinc, iron, gold and vanadium in cosmetics was established by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. , Cream and foundation on the measured element matrix, the interference between elements was investigated, and the influence of measurement mode, test time and sample thickness on the measurement results was investigated.
