针对不少教师在钳工专业巡回指导教学中的认识误区和错误做法,本文结合笔者长期的教学实践,提出应重视学习动机和兴趣的培养、应加强对后进生的辅导及个性化教学、应注意各个技能形成阶段不同的侧重点等措施,旨在充分发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用,使巡回指导成为一个有目的、有计划、高效率的教学过程。
Aiming at the misunderstandings and wrong practices of many teachers in the circuit-guided teaching of fitter’s work, this paper, combined with the author’s long-term teaching practice, puts forward that attention should be paid to the cultivation of motivation and interest in learning, counseling and personalized teaching should be strengthened for post-graduated students. Different stages of formation of skills and other measures focus on measures to give full play to the role of students and the leading role of teachers so that the tour guide to a purposeful, planned and efficient teaching process.
