国内企业在提高自身竞争力的过程中,已经逐步从对“硬实力”的追求转移到“软硬并重”。本文介绍了企业核心竞争力中的软实力概念,从信息化角度出发,研究信息资源管理在提升企业软实力方面的重要作用。企业软实力的重要内容包括构建统一的价值观、企业文化以及强调系统性等多个方面,信息资源管理作为贯穿企业价值链各个环节的重要体系,对于增加企业“软实力”进而提高竞争力有重要的作用,包括有助于构建企业文化和共同价值观、促进企业创新力塑造和提高企业的系统力等。
Domestic enterprises have gradually shifted their pursuit of “hard power” to “soft and hard” in the process of enhancing their own competitiveness. This paper introduces the concept of soft power in the core competitiveness of enterprises, and studies the important role of information resource management in enhancing enterprise soft power from the perspective of informationization.
