目的了解托幼机构消毒质量,加强托幼机构日常消毒工作,预防幼儿呼吸道和手足口病的发生与流行。方法采用现场抽检方法对全市43家托幼机构消毒质量进行采样监测。结果共采样600份,总合格率86.8%。其中室内空气和餐饮具合格率较高,分别为91.4%和90.9%;使用中消毒液、物体表面和人员手合格率较低,分别为88.3%、76.9%和74.4%。结论石嘴山市托幼机构日常消毒质量总体不高,需要加强托幼机构工作人员的消毒知识培训和监督管理,使之增强消毒隔离意识,掌握正确洗手方法和消毒剂的配比及使用方法,提高卫生消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens, to strengthen daily disinfection of nurseries and to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of respiratory tract and hand-foot-mouth disease in infants. Methods The spot sampling method was used to sample and monitor the disinfection quality of 43 nurseries in the city. Results A total of 600 samples, the total pass rate of 86.8%. The passing rate of indoor air and tableware was 91.4% and 90.9% respectively. The disinfectant used showed a low pass rate of 88.3%, 76.9% and 74.4% respectively. Conclusion The daily disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Shizuishan City is generally not high. It is necessary to strengthen the training and supervision of sterilizing knowledge of nurseries staff so as to enhance awareness of disinfection and isolation, master the correct ratio of washing hands and disinfectants, Health and disinfection quality.
