探讨尿毒症患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、神经降压素(NT)浓度改变及其与高血压的关系。结果表明,尿毒症患者血浆NPY水平较正常对照组显著升高,NT则显著降低。尿毒症伴高血压组血浆NPY显著高于血压正常组,NT较血压正常组低,患者平均动脉压与NPY呈显著正相关,与NT呈显著负相关,血浆NPY和NT浓度改变愈明显,高血压靶器官受损程度愈重。提示血浆NPY和NT可能在尿毒症高血压的发生与进展中起重要作用,检测血浆NPY及NT浓度在一定程度上可作为评估高血压靶器官受损程度的指标。
To investigate the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin (NT) concentrations in patients with uremia and its relationship with hypertension. The results showed that uremia patients with plasma NPY levels were significantly higher than the normal control group, NT was significantly lower. Plasma NPY in uremia with hypertension group was significantly higher than that in normotensive group, NT was lower than that in normotensive group, mean arterial pressure was positively correlated with NPY and negatively correlated with NT, and the changes in plasma NPY and NT were more obvious Blood pressure target organ damage more weight. It is suggested that plasma NPY and NT may play an important role in the occurrence and progression of uremic hypertension. Detecting plasma NPY and NT concentrations may be used as an index to evaluate the damage degree of target organ in patients with hypertension.
