根据穿水冷却工艺原理,针对其大滞后的特点,设计了冷却水流量模糊控制器,通过调节冷却水泵电机转速改变冷却水的流量和压力,进而实现调节棒材温度的目的。在MATLAB/Simulink对穿水冷却变频调速系统进行仿真,并将仿真结果与传统PID矢量控制仿真曲线进行对比。在PLC中设计了各种工艺连锁、安全保护以及远程操作等功能。使用Win CC开发了穿水冷却工艺控制和人机界面,实现了操作工对穿水冷却基本操作功能。
According to the principle of water cooling technology, the fuzzy controller of cooling water flow is designed according to the characteristic of large lag, and the cooling water flow and pressure are adjusted by adjusting the cooling water pump motor speed so as to adjust the temperature of the bar. Simulation of water-cooled variable frequency speed control system is carried out in MATLAB / Simulink, and the simulation results are compared with the traditional PID vector control simulation curve. In the PLC designed a variety of technology chain, security and remote operation and other functions. The use of Win CC developed a water cooling process control and man-machine interface, to achieve the operator to wear water cooling basic operating functions.
