身体锻炼目标确立后,就必须选择有效的身体锻炼手段,通过手段的作用,使目标得以实现。身体锻炼的手段是多种多样的,它包括各式各样的运动项目和不同的运动负荷标准。手段是实现目标的桥梁。不同的锻炼手段,对实现锻炼目标的价值是不一样的。所以选择身体锻炼的手段,必须从目标需要出发。参见表2-1。运动负荷是指运动的强度、时间和频度。不同的锻炼目标,决定着不同的负荷标准。例如,用跑来发展耐力时,用的是中等强度和较长时间的负荷;用跑来发展速度时,则需用大强度和较短时间的负荷。由此可见,负荷标准必须服从目标的需要。运动负荷中的强度、时间和频度这三个因素,在不同性质的运动中,所起的作用是不一样的。例如,
After the physical exercise goal is established, we must choose effective means of physical exercise, through the role of means to make the goal be achieved. The means of physical exercise are varied and include a wide range of sports and different sports load standards. Means is the bridge to achieve the goal. Different exercise methods, to achieve the goal of exercise is not the same value. Therefore, the choice of physical exercise means, we must start from the goal needs. See Table 2-1. Exercise load refers to the intensity of exercise, time and frequency. Different exercise goals, determine the different load standards. For example, when running to develop endurance, it uses moderate-intensity and long-term loads; when running to speed, heavy loads and short-term loads are required.
