“试论新林价”一文在去年的《林业经济》发表前后,曾引起一些反响。早在去年六月北京香山会议上就有共鸣,有异议。以后有的同志又和我进行过口头或书面的讨论和商榷。必须承认,“试论新林价”一文无论是从基础理论上(如价值理论的运用)或是结构推理上(如林价设计中没有考虑运距因素,年复利的确定缺乏科学计算依据等)都有一定缺陷。笔者的本意是想从林价的立意、职能及设计方案上提出一些新的观点(这些观点不一定正确),这就是“新林价”这个名词的由来。为进一步阐明个人的观点,本文特对 “Trying on the new forest price ” article echoes some repercussions before and after the publication of “Forestry Economics” last year.
