在市场经济体制不断进行完善的背景下,人才的流动是不可避免的,同时也因为人才的流动给相关部门的档案管理工作带来了很多问题,但是人力资源的优良化分配是社会发展中必不可少的。企业不能只是注重对于人才的引用问题,对于人才的档案管理问题也必须给予一定的重视。我国目前新建的档案数量很多,其档案的真实性很难把握,而且对于档案管理大多数企业单位都没有一定的认知程度,对于档案并不是十分看重导致弃档现象严重。本文就是根据我国目前档案管理的实际情况,对人才流动给档案管理造成影响进行深入分析,并提出相应的解决措施。希望对从事档案管理工作的人员有所帮助,技术上有交流。
