随着市场竞争的加剧,各大企业相继进行内部改革,不仅是大中型国有企业,也扩展到了中小型的民营企业,应对综合环境的变化,基础而有效的革命就在于人力资源。而停留在表面的人力资源管理已经不足以做深做全,在诸多措施中,人力资源精细化管理的作用日益突出。首先阐述了精细化管理在人力资源管理中的必要性,然后结合实例分析了公司管理现状,并提出了一些精细化管理措施提高管理效能,同时对提高企业经济效益十分有利。
With the intensified market competition, the major enterprises have carried out internal reforms one after another.
