应用2kW-CO_2激光器在45~#钢板上进行NiCrBSi合金的激光涂复处理。使用透射电镜和X射线衍射进行分析的结果表明整个激光区的相组成是相同的,而在熔化区与基体交界的过渡层的相组成则与熔化区的有所不同。
The laser cladding of NiCrBSi alloy was carried out on 45 ~ # steel with 2kW-CO_2 laser. The results of transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the phase composition of the laser zone is the same, while the transition zone between the melting zone and the matrix phase composition is different from the melting zone.
