一、引言自混凝土挤压机在生产中使用以来,挤压铰刀的耐磨性一直被人们所重视。因为它直接影响到产品质量、挤压机的操作、维修与生产成本,而且关系到挤压机的推广应用。国内在解决挤压绞刀耐磨性上走的路子不同,所用材料不同,而且质量也不稳定,使用寿命由开始的挤压成型几百米,直到现在的4~5千米。为进一步提高使用寿命,我们分析了失效原因,结合国内外在材料抗磨研究方面的新技术,选择了合金白口铸铁作为铰刀的用材,进行了应用性研究。通过小批量工业性考核试验得出的数据,说明铰刀寿命有了大幅度提高。从而为达到低成本、低摊销提供了依据。二、铰刀磨损分析
I. INTRODUCTION Since the use of concrete extruders in production, the wear resistance of extruded reamers has been valued by people.
