就是在对游梁式抽油机结构不做任何变动的前提下,以动态结构分析为基础,以变速驱动为手段,通过优化悬点的运行速度轨迹,使抽油机运行实现:冲次按供采平衡自动监测液面进行无级调速;实现提高泵效、降低杆管柱和地面传动系统负载和能源损耗、系统柔性运行的目的.应用抽油机功率随动数控技术,平均单井电流平衡比达到98.3%,有功功率下降0.79kW,有功节电率14.5%,系统效率提高4.2%,具有节能效果明显,提高泵效,方便调参,减少劳动力等优点。
