Based on the Hercynian sedimentary construction and the evolution of the organic matter in the Yangsidian of the Permian system, the paper explores the hydrocarbon generation in the Upper Paleozoic (Devonian, Carboniferous and Permian) in the Sichuan Basin, Transport, aggregation and distribution.
