一、各种数值方法在冷成形加工计算中的应用引言金属加工中,完整地了解诸如成形力、成形效率等加工数据,就象知道成形工件内部的应力状态和运动状态一样,都是非常重要的。几乎毫无例外,这些具体数据都可以用数值的近似方法计算得到。举例来说,这些近似方法就是加权余数法和有限元法。目前,这些方法已可用于分析象镦锻、棒料稳定挤压等简单的加工方式,也可用于更加复杂的加工状况。
