目的:研究检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、肌酸激酶(CK)和空腹血糖(FBG)对糖尿病微血管病变的诊断价值。方法:选择2012年1月~2015年1月我院糖尿病患者98例,按照有无发生糖尿病微血管病变分为无病变组36例,病变组62例,另选取同期在我院体检中心体检的60例健康者为对照组。比较各组的HbA1c、CK和FBG水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:糖尿病组的血清HbA1c、CK、FBG水平均明显高于对照组;病变组的血清HbA1c、CK、FBG水平均明显高于无病变组;经直线相关性分析,糖尿病微血管病变患者血清FBG水平与HbA1c水平呈正相关,与CK水平呈正相关,HbA1c水平与CK水平呈正相关。结论:HbA1c、CK、FBG是诊断糖尿病微血管病变的有效指标,三者联合检测对糖尿病微血管病变的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective: To study the value of detecting HbA1c, creatine kinase (CK) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) in the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2015, 98 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital were divided into 36 cases without lesions and 62 cases with lesions according to the presence or absence of diabetic microangiopathy. Another 60 cases were selected in our hospital for physical examination at the same period Cases of healthy control group. The levels of HbA1c, CK and FBG in each group were compared and the correlation was analyzed. Results: The levels of serum HbA1c, CK and FBG in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of serum HbA1c, CK and FBG in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in non-diseased group. The linear correlation analysis showed that serum FBG level It was positively correlated with HbA1c level and positively correlated with CK level. There was a positive correlation between HbA1c level and CK level. Conclusion: HbA1c, CK and FBG are effective indicators for the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy. The combined detection of these three markers has important clinical value in the diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy.
