我局机电处电讯科话务组,现有话务员27名(党员1人,团员16人),全是女同志,多数是参加工作不久的青年。这个组技术力量不强,只有两名六级工。她们担当着整个工地的施工通讯工作,任务比较繁重。1964年以前,话务组的工作做得不够好。上班有电话就接,急不急也不管,没有电话就闲坐着。当时,人们一谈起话务组就说:“真够呛!”通过学习毛主席著作,她们的思想觉悟有了很大的提高,工作有了显著的进步。现在,群众称赞她们是个思想过得硬、作风过得硬、技术过得硬的话务组,被评为五好班组。
