湖北汽门厂是财政部和质量经济学家、黄冈地区经委副主任程抱全进行会计质量管理的试点单位。该厂的主要产品三环牌汽门荣获全国第二名,1984年又评为东风汽车联营公司优质产品和全国行检第一名。该厂在程抱全的指导下,在三种主要钢材涨价20%和用电价格变化影响利润105万元的情况下,把挖潜改进、降低产品成本作为主玫目标,取得较好的成绩。1985年1~7月与上年同期比较,产值境长54.9%,销售收入增长45%,利润增长35.8%,增值税增长153.6%。 1985年该厂投资155万元,外购和自制设备78台,改造老生产线,组建新生产线,使汽门生产能力由上年平均月产24万支上升为36万支。该厂收集了国内外同行业先进质量技术情报和工艺参数,制订高于国家质量标准的内控标准。全厂QC小组占班组总数的58%,锻工车间电墩班
Hubei Steam Valve Factory is the pilot unit of the Ministry of Finance and quality economists, Huang Chengguang, deputy director of Cheng Baoquan accounting quality management.
