最近,在梅州市关工委举办的“农村青年培训班”讲坛上,梅县石扇镇松林村35岁的农民邓文桂,讲述了他苦心经营,办起食品厂,打造客家品牌咸菜的故事。邓文桂自幼家庭经济困难,读初中时靠贷款交学费,高中时不得不辍学,16岁就走上了外出打工的路。他到石场、炭山挑担,到建筑工地做小工,干了8年多,从帮工到师傅、从包工头到建筑老板,手下有了60多个工人,赚了30多万元。天有不测之风云,就在邓文桂扬眉吐气欲大干一番事业之际,遭遇车祸轧断了腿,住了一年多医院,花光了全部积蓄。为了生活,他向亲朋借钱,办起了养鸡场。由于缺乏养殖知识和经验,不但赔了本,还负了3万多元的债。
