5月24日,航新航空工程集团股权变更新闻发布会在广州举行,会上宣布:法国航空工业公司（AFI）通过与航新集团管理层联合的股权收购,取代原股东成为了航新集团的新股东。股权变更后新的董事会由7人组成,其中航新和法航各占3席,董事长由航新集团总经理卜范胜兼任。这次股权的变更,使航新集团成为我国第一个有国外企业入股的民营航空维修企业,为我国民航维修业提供了一种新的合作模式;这无疑也是航新集团走向国际化的一个新起点。
