新时代呼唤具有高水平学习力和行动力的人才。而在基础教育的课堂中,传统的教案、学案、导学案在使用的过程中不断显露问题,其设计更多地窄化为以落实具体知识为中心,以应试训练为目的。尽管其注重凸显学生学习主体地位,但在功利色彩浓厚的课堂中,忽视了学生已有的学习经历,在教学预设上教师真正的主导作用没能得到应有的重视,从而既增加了学生的学习负担,也增加了教学过程中的不确定因素。当下,基础教育改革已进入核心素养时代,在这样的背景下,基于学生学习力的提升,培养学生核心素养的“学习经历教学方案”(以下简称“学历案”)应运而生。
