我们使用北京工具研究所生产的CDY-Ⅱ型光栅式传动链测量仪,检测了十五台普通精度级滚齿机和三台提高精度级滚齿机的传动链精度。通过对这十八台滚齿机传动链精度的测试、误差分析及部分机床检修后的复测,使我们对现有滚齿机传动链精度方面存在的问题有所了解,并对如何提高精度的方法也摸索到一些经验,为今后全面贯彻JB179-81圆柱齿轮新标准作了必要的准备。现将测量情况及误差分析介绍
We use the CDY-Ⅱ type grating drive chain measuring instrument produced by Beijing Tool Research Institute to test the accuracy of the transmission chain of 15 general precision gear hobbing machines and three precision-improving gear hobbing machines.
