1963年3月14～16日,苏联水文气象局召开工作会議,参加会議的有所属单位的領导人,会議听取了“关于水文气象局工作現状和当前任务”及“关于在自动化条件下建立观測网和預报作业网的原則”等报告。
From March 14 to March 16, 1963, the Soviet Hydrometeorological Bureau held a working conference and the leaders of the participating units attended the conference. They heard about the current status and current tasks of the Hydrometeorological Bureau and the proposals on establishing Observations Network and Prediction Network Principles "and other reports.
