我国社区体育作为群众体育的重要组成部分,在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中起着举足轻重的作用,主要体现在促进社会关系的和谐、促进人与人、人与社会及人与自然之间的和谐等诸多方面。笔者基于和谐社会视角阐述了社区体育的价值取向与发展定位,提出了社区体育是促进社会和谐的敏因所具备的条件,以及社区体育在和谐社会所表现出健全的法制与规章制度已被弱化;组织与管理趋于流程化、科学化;社会体育活动更加多样化。
