目的了解安康市人群艾滋病知识知晓率,为今后评价艾滋病干预措施效果,提供基础性数据和背景资料。方法采用等容量分层整群单纯和机械抽样相结合的方法 ,在知情同意的情况下,由接受过培训的调查人员采用入户面对面询问式调查方法进行调查。结果安康市人群艾滋病知识平均知晓率仅为39.26%,人群中61.1%允许艾滋病感染者和病人继续工作和学习,63.4%愿意同艾滋病感染者和病人继续交往。结论安康市人群艾滋病知识知晓率仍较低,而人群对艾滋病感染者和患者的偏见存在偏见,提示我们在工作中,加强宣传、普及艾滋病知识,消除社会公众对艾滋病的恐惧,消除他们对艾滋病感染者和患者的偏见。
Objectives To understand the rate of AIDS knowledge among people in Ankang City and provide basic data and background information for evaluating the effect of AIDS interventions in the future. Methods By using the method of combining equal-capacity stratified cluster with simple mechanical sampling, under the condition of informed consent, the trained investigators conducted a survey using face-to-face questionnaire survey method. Results The average awareness rate of HIV / AIDS knowledge among people in Ankang City was only 39.26%. Among the population, 61.1% of them were allowed to continue their work and study. 63.4% of them were willing to continue their interaction with HIV / AIDS patients and their patients. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV / AIDS awareness among people in Ankang City is still relatively low. Prejudices of HIV / AIDS patients and patients in the population are biased, suggesting that at work, we should step up publicity and popularize HIV / AIDS knowledge, eliminate the public’s fear of HIV / AIDS and eliminate their HIV / AIDS Prejudice against people and patients.
