目的建立商陆药材中商陆皂苷甲的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。方法采用UltimateAQ-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02%磷酸(32:68)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长203nm,柱温30℃。结果商陆皂苷甲在1.0~7.0μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.1%(RSD=2.7%)。8批不同产地商陆药材中商陆皂苷甲的质量分数在0.25%~0.62%。结论方法简单、重复性好,可用于商陆药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of celastrus esculentus in commercial landfills. Methods The mobile phase consisted of UltimateAQ-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid (32:68) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min and a detection wavelength of 203 nm at 30 ℃. Results Esculentoside A had a good linear relationship at 1.0 ~ 7.0μg with r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.1% (RSD = 2.7%). 8 batches of different origin Merlot glycosides in the mass fraction of 0.25% ~ 0.62%. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of medicinal land.
