目的:观察条件刺激与免疫性非条件刺激结合对免疫学效应的影响。方法:采用经典的声光设计作为条件刺激,以50%AO、2.5%OA、1%OA 抗原激发豚鼠引发支气管哮喘作为非条件刺激,对照组不予以声光刺激,经过五周的结合训练,观察各组的哮喘情况。结果:条件刺激组3组各周的哮喘发作阳性程度无差异,非条件刺激组与第1周差异不明显,但从第3周至第5周有明显的差异,与条件刺激组相比出现不同的程度的耐受,反应哮喘发作的敏感性下降。结论:条件刺激的存在在免疫性非条件刺激的结合下可以改变免疫学效应,为进一步建立条件免疫反应哮喘动物模型奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of combination of conditioned stimuli and immune non-conditional stimuli on immunological effects. Methods: A classic acousto-optic design was used as a conditioned stimulus to induce bronchial asthma in guinea pigs as a non-conditional stimulus with 50% AO, 2.5% OA and 1% OA antigens. The control group was not given acousto-optic stimulation. The asthma of each group was observed. Results: There was no difference in the positive rate of asthma attack among the three groups in the conditioned stimulus group. The difference between the non-conditioned group and the first week was not significant, but there was a significant difference from the third week to the fifth week, which was different from that in the conditioned stimulus group Tolerability of the degree of response to asthma attacks decreased sensitivity. CONCLUSIONS: The existence of conditioned stimuli can alter the immunological effect under the combination of immune non-conditional stimuli, which lays the foundation for further establishing asthmatic animal model of conditioned immune response.
