在开挖面不具备常压进舱的条件下,采用带压进舱对刀盘刀具进行更换维护。目前带压进舱作业有两种模式,一般在进舱压力4.5bar以下采用常规的带压进舱模式,4.5bar以上则需要采用饱和气体带压进舱模式,以保证进舱作业人员的健康和安全,并达到节约工期和成本的目的。本文就盾构饱和气体带压进舱的方法、设备、设施的配套等方面进行分析、阐述,并进行可行性分析研究。
