本文以罗丹明B为原料,合成了一个新的Cr3+荧光探针RhB2。该探针合成方法简单,所得产物收率较高,通过乙醇中的测试结果表明,该探针能选择性的识别Cr3+,与Cr3+结合后荧光发生显著增强,同时紫外吸收光谱也发生了明显改变,溶液颜色从无色转变成粉红色。pH测试的结果表明,探针的pKa=4.55,说明探针在近中性和碱性环境下应用均不受质子的干扰。
In this paper, Rhodamine B as a raw material, a new Cr3 + fluorescent probe RhB2 was synthesized. The probe synthesis method is simple, the yield of the product obtained is relatively high, and the test result in ethanol shows that the probe can selectively recognize Cr3 +, and the fluorescence of Cr3 + is obviously enhanced after binding with Cr3 +, and the ultraviolet absorption spectrum also obviously changes The color of the solution changed from colorless to pink. The results of the pH test showed that the pKa of the probe was 4.55, indicating that the probe was not affected by proton in both neutral and alkaline environments.
