竞技体育后备人才的培养对于竞技体育的发展具有重要的意义。我国正处在一个社会转型的特定的历史时期,社会主义市场经济取代了原有的计划经济,竞技体育后备人才培养的形式也发生了新的变化,正在由单一化向多元化转变,由封闭型向开放型转变。辽宁省竞技体育后备人才培养的结构转型是社会发展的必然。其结构转型的最终目的是更好地、可持续的发展。本文以社会转型理论和可持续发展理论为理论基础,从可持续发展的理论原则的角度出发,通过对省内各省市竞技体育运动学校的问卷调查,对影响辽宁省竞技体育后备人才培养可持续发展的因素进行了分析和研究。研究通过个案调查法、文献资料法、访谈调查法、专家调查法获取研究资料,采用逻辑方法对材料进行分析和处理。
The cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports is of great significance to the development of competitive sports. Our country is in a particular historical period of social transformation. The socialist market economy has replaced the original planned economy. There has also been a new change in the form of the training of reserve athletes in competitive sports. It is being transformed from a single to a pluralistic one, Change to open type. The Structural Transformation of Cultivating Competitive Reserve Talents in Liaoning Province is Necessary for Social Development. The ultimate goal of structural transformation is better and sustainable development. Based on the theories of social transformation and sustainable development, this paper, from the perspective of the theoretical principles of sustainable development, conducts a questionnaire survey on competitive sports schools in different provinces and cities in Liaoning province and analyzes the factors affecting the sustainable development of reserve talents in competitive sports in Liaoning Province. The development of the factors were analyzed and studied. The research obtains the research data through case investigation, literature review, interview investigation and expert investigation, and analyzes and processes the materials by using logical methods.
