在落实《教育部关于进一步加强中小学班主任工作的意见》中,有两个重要途径值得我们关注:一是开展班主任专业化培训工作,提高班主任的综合素质;二是科学地进行班主任队伍的组织管理工作。当前,全国各地不同层次、不同规模的班主任专业化培训活动及建立有关的管理制度正顺利进行。福州格致中学在服务理念的指导下开展了“80后”新班主任的培训工作,取得了一些经验;北京陈经纶中学建立的德育首席教师制度为班主任提供了发展的空间和动力支撑。我们将这两篇文章推荐给广大读者,以期引起大家的进一步探索。
In the implementation of the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening the Work of Headteachers in Primary and Secondary Schools”, there are two important ways worthy of our attention: one is to carry out professional training work for class teachers and improve the overall quality of class teachers; the other is to organize the class teacher team scientifically.
