睾丸生殖细胞瘤是青壮年男性常见的实体瘤。其发病率近年来有增加的趋势。我院自1963年4月～1996年3月共收治8例。报告如下:重点介绍睾丸根治性切除术、改良腹膜后淋巴结清扫术随访观察。
Testicular germ cell tumors are common solid tumors in young adults. The incidence rate has increased in recent years. Our hospital has treated 8 cases from April 1963 to March 1996. The report is as follows: Focus on introduction of testicular radical resection and improved follow-up of modified retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy.
