营销是什么?几十年以来,人们从不同的角度对营销进行了定义,结果,世界上对营销的定义有两百多条之多。其中普遍接受的定义有两条,第一条是美国市场营销协会定义:营销是计划和执行关于商品、服务和创意的构想、定价、促销和分销,以创造符合个人和组织目标的交换的一种过程。美国营销协会关于营销的定义可以从以下几个角度来理解。首先,营销是一组活动的总合,而不是一项单一的活动,它包括产品、定价、促销和渠道的设计和规划。这就是市场营销学里的一个重要概念———营销组合策略(或4Ps),包括产品策略、定价策略、促销策略和渠道策略其次,营销活动是指向一定的目标的,这个目标就是顾客。
What is marketing? For decades, people have defined marketing from different perspectives. As a result, there are over 200 definitions of marketing in the world.
